MessageSpectrum Patient Survey application allows healthcare organizations to systematically
gather the views of their patients about the care they have received and incentivize
the healthcare organizations to improve quality of care.
Patient Survey Features
Building Surveys/Developing Questionnaires
Easy to use online survey development tool that allows to create surveys by selecting
questions from a set of standard questions or adding questions from our question
bank. Users can choose from a variety of question types, randomize questions, make
questions mandatory and create questionnaire templates for reuse.
Conducting Surveys/Distributing Questionnaires
MessageSpectrum provides variety of options for conducting surveys such as send
out surveys via email invitations, post to social network and custom link in your
website. Users can also track response status and send reminder notifications. Respondents
can be restricted to a single response per survey or allow multiple responses. Survey
expiry date can be set after which the survey link becomes invalid.
Survey Security
Surveys are enabled with TLS/SSL for total data security. User can also enable a
password to access the survey. Timer set on survey will force respondents to respond
within the set time. Surveys can be activated/inactivated to start or terminate
data collection.
Reporting and Analyzing Survey Data
Summary report and details of each respondents can be viewed online. Application
notifies you when respondents have completed the survey. Response data can be exported
to Excel or CSV format for futher analysis.
